Pause Day Cycle v1.1 Datapack is not compatible with versions under 1.18

The datapack uses the scoreboard pause_day_cycle.dummy which is more than 16 charaters long. This doesnt work in versions before 1.18 where the limit was increased. The datapack works fine on lower version with shorter names.
