Add a command to list ABI functions #20
Description
When building a contract call Safe transaction using either an external ABI file or a built-in ABI file (ie. via erc20-call or safe-call), and especially for batch transactions, it is useful to list the available functions, because the selectors, signatures, and argument names may not obvious.
