Expose SafeTx gas refund parameters #15
Description
Safe transactions include parameters relating to gas refund mechanism.
When a SafeTx is executed, the Safe pays gasPrice * gasLimit in gasToken tokens to the refundReceiver. So the gas refund only takes place when gasPrice > 0.
However, these parameters are not yet exposed. When building a new SafeTx, gasPrice is set to 0, effectively disabling the gas refund mechanism.
For users that want to make use of this feature, expose the gas refund parameters by making them customizable:
--gas-price--gas-token--refund-receiver
