PDF showing in Win10 print queue but not virtually printing. How to enable loglevel?

Hi,

I support an application that end user initiates a print job from heavy client software and the on-premise application print+spool server uses the designated printer driver to conform and push print job to the printer.
I am testing on my own system where all functions are combined
Use the software to initiate print job
Application server queues a print job to the clawPDF print queue. Queue empties.
clawPDF does not respond to print to folder or pop-up in PDF viewer.

I have tried print directly to printer, same results.
I swapped back to spool print documents and enabled keep printed documents.

Windows Test print does work successfully

How does one enable Loglevel on the configure port?
