Missing dependencies

Trying to run this repo in MyBinder, I notice that it's missing a dependency: gtfs_utils. I assume this is from https://github.com/hasadna/open-bus/tree/master/gtfs/gtfs_utils ?

It would be handy if this was declared in a requirements.txt file to make it easier to run the notebooks in this repo directly in Binderhub,

Hey, many thanks for the comments and trying out the code.
I will try to find the time to make this binder-runnable and update the code with the required dependencies!
