Problem
The link to ACT's bylaws on the website forwards people to the out of date draft.
Solution
We would like to replace the current hypertext link to an easily searchable and navigable HTML resource for visitors. I image Jake is imagining something close to one or some of these websites:

Timeline
There is no rush on this, since ACT Congress has already passed, but it would be helpful to have while onboarding new members and our legal expert to reference, while working on the 501c3 paperwork.
