Need to bump Maxmind dependency version #9
Description
Dependabot pointed out that there is a new version of the maxminddb crate available. We're on 0.26.0 and there is a 0.27.0 out now. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be a drop in replacement as CI tests are failing. I'll need to manually look into it and update to the new version of maxminddb.
