Make system restarts of CicadaService less noticeable #2
Description
By default, when CicadaService starts up and connects, it causes the watch to vibrate and goes to the app list. If the Android system happens to restart the CicadaService for whatever reason, this is distracting. Such restarts should be unnoticeable to the user, unless CicadaService has been stopped for longer than, say, a minute.
