• again, http://ropensci.org/ should be https://ropensci.org/
• "itsel" -> "itself"
• I'd recommend not telling people this: "you can use a T or the full word TRUE" since it's generally considered best practice in R to spell out logicals completely
• for citation counts there's also https://github.com/ropenscilabs/citecorp for the Open Citaitons Corpus (not on CRAN yet) and https://github.com/ropenscilabs/rcitoid (for Wikipedia's Citoid sevice; on CRAN)
• worth mentioning perhaps: https://github.com/ropensci/handlr for converting among citation formats
