Use UnityHub project specific command line arguments? #15

For example, in Unity Hub I have this configured:

-cacheServerEnableDownload false -cacheServerEnableUpload false

Ucll could try to read this config and use the args automatically, so I don't forget to pass them everytime.

Alternatively, users can, of course add it to their alias, but still, the default behaviour would probably be expected to work the same as the Hub.
