A more local full documentation search ("get_page_markdown")

Hello again,

The topic this time is in regards to the MCP tool "get_page_markdown".

I was wondering if it would be better to make it so that the MCP tool would reference the locally saved document of the code snippets rather than use the source https URL. This would allow a more local/offline experience, which would also be more reliable as who knows when a website could be taken down or have connectivity issues. Of course, the max_tokens parameter would still be in effect, but a "library_id" parameter would be an input as well in order to keep everything streamlined.

Have you had a chance to try the latest version? I made it a little bit simpler for the LLM to get the full markdown of a page with the snippet ID also instead of just the URL.

Yes, I tried it recently, the LLMs that I am using are still relying more on using URLs rather than the snippet IDs that you implemented, at least from my experience.
