Replace region codes with stubs #3
Description
Since not everyone will be operating in the same AWS region, it may be worth it to replace instances of us-east-1 with something else just so that people know to replace it or verify the region code used. May automate the replacement of the stub or instances of us-east-1 with an actual region code through a script.
