Not working after update to Firefox 37

After updating to Firefox 37 on Windows 7, CMIS no longer works. All of the menu entries are there, but clicking them doesn't do anything.

I've been using this excellent plugin for years, and am currently using it in the ESR of 54.0.1. This was probably a temporary hiccup with v37 in particular, or a misconfiguration.

This can probably be closed (old and superceded/ deprecated)
