Wording for video/maxextended suggests invalid JSON. #43

On page 19 of OpenRTB 2 RELEASE, the wording, "If blank or 0, extension is not allowed," suggests that the JSON could be formatted something like {"maxextended":}, which is invalid. Instead, it should probably read, "If null or 0..."
