Error in S1, 9) Interact with the model

The following error occurs when running section 9 in S1.

ValueError: x and y must have same first dimension, but have shapes (0,) and (20001,)
This error is caused by the vector recording time not working.

The solution is to restart the kernel and directly run codes starting from section 9.
