Not able to receive the messages from sender. #3

Hi
I have integrated the chat21 SDK using a pod file in my project. I have successfully created a user in firebase and also authenticated as well. I have initiated a chat with someone. I am able to send the message to the recipient. However, I was not able to receive the message on another device and also not able to load the recent chat list as well. Can you help me for the same? if I am missing something while configuring the chat21 SDK to my project, please correct me. Thanks in advance.
