Ionic server not display users messages

Hi
I am using tiledesk server from source code.
I am facing a problem when I send messages from widget it came to dashboard properly but not display on Ionic server.
when I go to request tab in dashboard there is a button to open chat and its navigate us to Ionic server. Messages are shown to request tab bit not in Ionic server.

and please also help me I am getting this in console of ionic server
