Add documentation about the supporting systems

The aim of the issue is to add information about the supporting systems (es, kibana, mariadb, python, etc.) to the tutorial.

The content can be taken from the old tutorial, but it would be great if you can update it like adding the links to the latest documentation of the elasticsearch, kibana, etc.
