Future structure of the documentation

As discussed on our meeting on 2021-01-22 we decided to move the structure of our documentation a bit.

All code related parts (Entity, Code-Strucutre, Dev-Setup, maybe configuration[?]) should be included (maybe submodules) from the code repo whilst som other things will stay in the main repo.
