Benchmark IBD/reindex with pruning/txindex enabled

We should do either or both of IBD/reindex with flags enabled, such as prune or txindex to see how they affect performance.

C.f. bitcoin/bitcoin#11658 (During IBD, when doing pruning, prune 10% extra to avoid pruning again soon after)
