[question]: updated rpc endpoints

Hi! I tried to use keplr with @cosmjs/stargate and used these rpc endpoints

https://node-cosmoshub-3.keplr.app/rpc (from this example)
https://lcd-cosmoshub.keplr.app/rest (from keplr docs)

and got this error
net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

are these endpoints outdated?

cosmoshub-testnet works though with this rpc url
https://rpc.testnet.cosmos.network:443
