Add a references field on profile

Hey !

I'm thinking that adding a "references" field onto the speaker profile would be awesome !

It would be more flexible to update them for all the talks, even if they are submitted. It would also be easier to deal with co-speaker references.

I agree we should move speaker references to profile, and maybe keep proposal references for talk-specific ones, typically "I already had this talk at XXConf, check this video:"

This would make even more sense as we start working on cross-CFP feature, like submitting a proposal based on some already submitted to another event.

My bad, you're right it's totally a duplicate of #162.
I also agree that a 'notes and reference' into each submission is still usefull. But adding an other field into the user's profile would help to group information and share information between talk.
