Need wasDerivedFrom equivalent attribute for codelist

The new attribute  wasDerivedFrom resolves the issue of assigning a standard to an itemGroup.  I'm looking for a similar attribute for CT so I can assign the right standard to a codelist, e.g. def:StandardOID="STD.3"

From @lexjansen, @TeMeta had added standard (Reference to the standard being implemented) back into ItemGroup and CodeList. We would not use wasDerivedFrom for this anymore. Also, isNonStandard was also added.

Now the issue is that when we regenerate the DDS template to include the standard with the CT (or the isNonStandard), that attribute is missing from the current instance.
