Need a valuelist attribute on items #4
Description
I don't see a reference to a valuelist for relevant items in an itemGroup. I see an item may have an assigned codelist with its OID, such as "codeList": "CL.VSTESTCD" . It would be helpful if the same existed for valuelist so I can create the ValueListRef when generating the ItemDef.
