GEB is not formatted well #2
Description
I recommend updating the format of GEB to remove the headers and numbering of pages. In an ebook, it doesn't make much sense to have those page numbers. At least, not displayed in that way. They interrupt the flow of the text. If there were some way to indicate the physical page the text was scanned from without it being always visible. that would be ideal. It might be helpful for anybody who ever needs to refer to a physical book after reading this ebook.
