List of Sessions not appearing Plus Facebook Login issue

I was able to complete all the steps successfully. However the Sessions list appears in Chrome but not appearing on emulator as well as Android device.

I am also able to access FB profile as well as post from Chrom (http://localhost:5000/) but not from emulator or Android device (Galaxy S2).
