Here is the first try.

Step 1 (I'll quickly prepare a basic version of these two):

• Very basic use: running a tutorial example
  1. Open a bat-file
  2. Expand Project tree in Project view
  3. Show how to access various files in Project tree
  4. Queue the run
• Very basic use: making and running a new setup, picking a handful of layers with the project maker

Step 2:

• Main outputs (maps and curves) and using the interactive plots ... this is dangerously more about interpretation of results than software specifics. Related to the document for dummies.
• Open a map and play with the color scheme
• Run 2 setups, compare them and use the "merged map"

Videos are best kept simple, since there is now voice- or text-over. Various things that could be included in the basic use videos (in no particular order):

1. Error view (Console view) popping up if somethings wrong
2. Access Text output once the run is on
3. Open a recent project
