Completely remove chondro

Background: in #244 I removed chondro related code and data from hyperSpec. But there was a difficulty with the vignette baseline.Rmd: I replaced chondro data with faux_cell but the plots did not make sense and did not illustrate the main points of the vignette with the replaced data. So I decided not to commit changes. Instead, I extract only 2 spectra (out of 875) from chondro (as only 2 were used in the vignette) and saved as an external data chondro_mini.rds (3.7 KB).

So:

1. faux_cell is not currently an appropriate replacement.
2. the size of the dataset (chondro_mini.rds) is not an issue as it is really tiny. So is it really worth replacing it with something else? As this may require rewriting the baseline vignette.

Parameterized faux_cell() is not on the milestone of Version 1.0. So should this issue be on this milestone, @cbeleites?
I suggest removing Version 1.0 from this issue.
