Use route start as geocoding origin when available #29

@chrisduerr

Description

@chrisduerr

Generally when in the process of planning a route, it doesn't matter what the current map position or GPS location is, the second point you're looking for is in reference to the original point (which might be the GPS location or current map position, but that is tangential).

So to show the approximate distance of a route and return entities closest to the route's origin, the reference point while a route origin is present should always be the route origin.
