Anonymously report type counts to central server, display somewhere. #158
Description
CaSS currently has no method for determining how much it is used. Incorporate:
- During the installation process, ask if they would like to enable anonymous reporting and explain what that means.
- Create central service to get reported to.
- Display # of competencies, frameworks, etc on the website or other places.
Ensure none of this exposes any sort of confidential information.
