Similar to #38 I wonder if there is a generic repo that could be set up so that different government departments could spin up a WxT Themed Github Pages page super easily. Departments should be able to just fork a repo that has some initial documentation in it geared for the public sector.

Is this possible with the common templating system? Has this task been made easier since 20018?
