There are two use-cases of the java code

• Android endpoints report stats
  • similar to callstats.js
• Conference bridge reports stats per conference.
  • can explicitly say when a conference is over
  • reports high level events in a conference
  • reports events per participant in a conference
  • reports stats per participant in a conference
  • configure if RTCP termination is enabled
  • configure if SVC or simulcast
• cascaded conference bridges, when operating multiple users in different zones. When users are spread across different bridges, it can send events to indicate:
  • state migration
  • cascading users
