feat: end game logic, team win/lose

• What is the expected behavior?
  Game keeps and displays score.
  If the red team has 9 points they win,
  If the blue team has 8 points they win,
  If the blue/red team picks black card they lose

• What is the actual behavior?
  Game ends upon winning/losing constraints.

• What steps reproduce the behavior?
  Play the game through 8 rounds.

Minimal requirements:

• "As a user, I want a notification showing I have won/lost the game"
