Lightweight BS w/ no graphical stuff for remote running (effect rates as well?)

will need a way to manually edit gates

Have it working from home. Able to see full rates when using 5 sec refresh, need to see limitations on 1 sec refresh

XY working at home too down to 1 sec refresh w/ 100 Hz, able to see grafana in general as well.

Now need to prune down options and buttons for non-functional stuff (maybe try to add a flag?)
