Missing web:stream + caido:utils modules in the doc

Fix missing web:stream + caido:utils modules in the doc
  - Expose stream/web file in docs
  - Expose caido:utils file in docs
  - Prevent external libs from creating doc entries in backend sdk page (e.g. Body/Response)
