Welcome view task refresh not working

Describe the bug
When attempting to delete a bug in WelcomeView welcome.py, the task list does not refresh or update, although the task does get deleted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add task(s) to the current day
2. Attempt to delete task from the Welcome view
3. Notice that it does not clear and requires a manual refresh

Expected behavior
When deleting tasks, the list should update automatically
