Create a management command to output Intents JSON from a Skill. #4
Description
To define a skill you must provide Amazon with the Intents that you're going to support and those directly correlate to methods in an EchoSkill. django-echo should have a management command that takes the name of the skill and outputs the Intents JSON that can be used to build the skill on the Amazon side.
