Create a management command to build a skill from the intents JSON. #3
Description
To define a skill you must provide Amazon with the Intents that you're going to support and those directly correlate to methods in an EchoSkill. django-echo should have a management command that takes the name of the skill (CamelCased) and a path to the intents JSON and output a skeleton framework.
