Installation and Upgrade gives instructions for `mpremote`, but leaves out `mpr`

current README > Installation and Upgrade only describes the dependency mpremote installation.

I was able to get (In think) with pipx, but there's no explicit mention that I could find on the page on how to do it.

❯ pipx install mpr
  installed package mpr 1.30, installed using Python 3.13.1
  These apps are now globally available
    - mpr
