[BUG] Analytics -> negative feedback view broken

Bug description:
Currently there are 2 issues with the negative feedbacks table:

• Data is not loaded
• When changing the page preferences for the table column visibility the entire UI disappears. after refresh the table columns load as defined previously

Expected behavior:

• Data is loaded correctly
• Columns are changed normally
