[BUG] Total chat queries review

Bug description:
In analytics module, under overview the total chats is different from the the statistics under Chats (see images below). Please lets review the SQL queries why these numbers are different.

Expected behavior:
The number of total chats is the same throught the analytics module. The same number of total chats is seen under the overview tab and also under chats. Depending on the SQL queries either adjusting the query or the description of the number fields is needed.

There is a mismatch in three locations:

• Under chat module, history -> The total amount of chats is 45
• Under analytics module, overview -> Total chats is 35
• Under analytics module, chats -> Total number is 31

Bug needs further investigation on why the numbers are all different and what is the cause? The solution on what is the desired outcome is dependent on understanding the inconsistency. Once that is discovered we can set a solution goal.

We had a quick sync with Rasmus and Ahmed. We agreed that the queries will be adjusted to display the correct amount oftotal chats across the three mentioned metrics (screenshots above).
