Tests relying on archived async-io

Hello,

the tests for this project are still relying on the archived https://github.com/socketry/async-io which means we (arch linux) have to hold async-io in the repos even so it has been deprecated.

Can we get a fix for this project so that we can remove that dependency?

If you are familiar with the io-endpoint / io-stream libraries feel free to contribute a working test. Either way, can you verify that this change resolves your issue?

@bryanp I'm fine with either #31 or #32, but i guess the latter would be nicer as it would keep test coverage. Can we get a decision and a release soon-ish?
