Announces on distance

Doesn't work for me for some reason. Isn't it supposed to announce set items on desired distance? I've set it to 3km run 9 and never heard anything from the app. All other announces are set to 0. Have I missed something?

I have the same issue with it set to 1 km. Also, it is not obvious which setting is used if both the distance and time announces are selected. Allowing the user to only select one of them with a radio button or a drop down good improve the usability of this feature.
