Scalar field parameters not constrained

Hello,
I’m using CLASS with the default scalar field model (exponential potential). However, the scalar field parameters are not being constrained.the posteriors are flat or stuck at the prior edges.

I’m using BAO, Pantheon, and Planck datasets.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
