Drawings appear skewed in shape of cone #27

Hi,
I have built a vertical plotter for huge walls. However my drawings appear horizontally skewed , especially long rectangles as you can see in the attached image. It would be great if you could point me towards potential problems in my setup. Is the trapezoidal interpolator the reason? if yes how can I bypass it?
