Bug: data doesn't pull a current session successfully sometimes

To repro:

• Draw
• Open 2 other clients
• Close original client
• Refresh one of two remaining
• Data from last client will not hold

This is probably related to drawsync race condition -- requester should ask for sync, and then mark a flag (to disable other input) as soon as it receives a first response.

Additionally, drawsync should be disabled after either initial response is received and after a short period of time. With multiple clients, we assume that everyone holds onto a master copy of the data except joiner, so they should try to reply to a request, but not actually do anything based on emission from other master copy holders.
