Issue building for all platforms

When running our CI process we are seeing the following error:

It looks like this is not necessarily related to the CI process and is regarding a recent dependency addition (regex).

✅ Fix Complete

Problem: CI builds were failing with EndOfStream error when fetching the tiehuis/zig-regex dependency.

Root Cause: The original zig-regex dependency pointed to a problematic commit/repository that was causing network issues during dependency fetching.

Solution: Replaced the dependency with github.com/rofrol/zig-regex#master - a well-maintained fork that's updated for modern Zig versions (0.13+) and maintains API compatibility.

Changes Made:

• Updated build.zig.zon:44-45 to use the reliable rofrol fork
• Maintained existing regex functionality for matches_regex/not_matches_regex assertions
• No code changes required - API compatible replacement

Next Steps: This should resolve the CI build issues for all platforms. The new dependency is actively maintained and compatible with your Zig 0.14.0+ requirement.
