Add the ability to limit Auto-maximize to specific cameras.

Have a button or something in UI Settings below the Auto-maximize settings where you can configure which cameras are eligible for auto-maximize.  I'm thinking it should be a list of camera names and checkboxes.  I can probably pull in some camera thumbnails too like from the Full Camera List, to make it easier to identify each camera.
