Substream for fast forward

In the desktop client fast forward from 4x onwards drops to the substream. Is it possible to get this behaviour enabled for ui3? At present when i try run 4x onwards on the web client it drops the fps to 1 or 2 and struggles.

Hmm. I should be able to add that as an option, enabled by default for 4x speed but configurable via UI Settings so those whose systems can handle faster main stream playback can tune it to their liking.
