Support for running the web service locally?

Hi, we'd like to use the full GRASP functionality on sequences that we'd prefer to not send to an external web server for analysis (due to IP issues). However, we've not been able to get the full web service running from the code in the repo, as it seems there are hardcoded references to files that are not saved within the repo.

Is there any plan to release a version that anyone could set up as a local version of the web service, in order to get the full functionality that is not part of the command line version?

As you have noticed the functionality of the web and command line versions are not in sync. Updating the web service to make use of new inference features in the command line version is complicated by an extensive refactoring of backend code. But we will be taking this on but I can’t give you a firm date. Of course, even the old stable web version should not depend on any local files and it would potentially be a minor fix to remove such issues; could you point us to what failed when you tried to set it up?
